And no Linux support. I wonder why. Is it because everyone is happy with CLI?
If it's built on Electron, there's no reason not to support Linux. Perhaps they plan to add it later.

Either that or they just don't think Linux deserves a GitHub GUI client.

It's not based on Electron, looks like just a continuation of the code base they had, so no easy Linux version.
What's the chances that this is built on Electron?
None. (At least the Mac version is not built on Electron.)
Fair enough. I've only seen the splash page. Surprises me somewhat given that they now have a solid cross-platform shell for 'native' web-based apps.
