Insane IP assignment clause in contract

I was offered an interesting job in California (but at a large face less company). It has a clause that any "inventions" 60 days from my last date with the company belong to it unless I can prove otherwise. I've never seen a clause like this ... won't this make me unemployable for 2 months if I ever change jobs?
