Ask HN: Struggling with the Fellowship video

My cofounder and I seem to be struggling with recording the video part of the YC Fellowship application.

We tried not to write a script but put down a few points we want to cover, and of course our introduction but it just seems to always mess up or be not be exciting.

We're super excited about our idea and we can talk about it to each other and other people well, it just seems that recording just a 1 minute video is difficult for us. My cofounder is also much better at public speaking than me.

Does anyone have any good tips/advice?

This is the last part we have for our application and we really can't let this opportunity escape all over a stupid 1 minute video.
