Global/International Investment

Marc Andreesen once said "When hiring, look for people who want to change the world."

I have a startup in beta/MVP that is seeking to revolutionize global early stage/seed investment. As it stands, investors prefer personal introductions and US-based startups or syndicates, hesitant to venture online to discover and/or fund startups from around the world [India, China, Africa, Europe...which are booming regions]. This reminds me of the phobia online dating or shopping elicited in the early to mid 90s [read: psychos & scammers]. Now we can't think of life without either. Looking further: Examine where bitcoin is today vs. its origins. The world is changing rapidly!

I need a tech co-founder who catches the vision as I do; who is seeking to change the world. I've endlessly heard it cannot be done. I'm looking to hear from those who believe its possible.

Thoughts?
