I get it guys. Learning new things is cool. Being really good at what you do is cool.

But please, if someone has a genuine question or problem (especially if you work with them), take some time out of your day to stop being a 1337 h4x0r long enough to be helpful. Or, if you don't have time, just say you don't have time.

Not everyone was working with that API for the last 8 hours like you. Not everyone has the 5, 10, 15 years experience you do. Why does everyone feel like they need to bleed 1337ness from their pores? I'd appreciate it so much more if instead of saying "look what I can do" we started saying "look how easy this is".

But hey, I'm just the dumb engineer you have to help out.
