What happens when every surface is a 3.0 computing surface?

What will that world be like? Just take a second and try to imagine.

3.0 Computing = Something like an inferential Google. What is now called the semantic web.

Surface = SmartPaint that acts to make solar powered voice/touch-sensitive web-connected displays ubiquitous.
