Docks make no sense in Copenhagen, where most everyone knows how to properly park their wheel-locked bikes in a non-intrusive way. Also, most people have their own bikes.
I'm just trying to picture a team that stares at God View and the Lyft app all day, triangulating and throwing subsidies at oblivious drivers all day.
