10 is half-assed attempt at porting control panel to tablet/touch UI. I hated it. At the same time I have to say that 11 ported enough of it to new UI that I barely need Win32 control panel anymore.
Lack of functional fractional scaling is what makes me want to switch to Windows or Windows+VM or Windows + ssh to compile.
That's why I'd rather use Amazon/online stores to buy myself repair gear than pay hundreds per year for mountain bike maintenance. Similar cost at the beginning but much better in the long run.
This is by design. CPI is meant to hand wave inflation away. Stocks, houses and hundred other things fly to the moon but there's no inflation according to CPI (almost none).
I got 1gb from them just to rise my upload speed.
All of what you mentioned is a reason why I only ride 1 station by BART and rest by Caltrain.
