Casey Shultz connects Citrix Startup Accelerator founders with high-caliber peers, investors, and mentors. She is the lead designer of the Citrix Startup Accelerator Innovation Lab in Santa Clara, California where enterprise startups and corporate intrapreneurs have a space to share ideas and launch new products.
Prior to joining the Citrix Startup Accelerator, Casey worked with the Planning Group of Anchorage where she helped service $1 billion in client assets and contributed to the team being listed by Barron’s as one of the top financial advising teams in the United States. After which, she became the director of legal and finance at the startup Couchsurfing International, where she designed and managed the human resources, financial services, and legal teams, helping to secure $7.9 million in venture capital from Benchmark and Omidyar Group. Casey holds an MBA from Presidio Graduate School where she worked with such companies as Facebook and Google on sustainable management projects.
