The top students in my machine learning classes are computer science students.
Everything you said will soon be done by a machine. Don't like it? Then go to a lower ranking doctor who doesn't use this technology.

Stanford and MIT don't have that problem. Or at least they're in better shape than Yale (with the same problem)
