I would start by not using the the Step 1, Step 2 format. To me saying they sh*t on the other person is accurate because to me he is not trying to offer anything constructive. I understand your opinion may differ.
FYI with AeroFS, no matter how small the change with the file, you will need to upload/download the whole file again.
