I can't tell if your main keyword is "Organic Chemistry Notes" or "organic chemistry study guide". Find out which gets the most traffic and optimize for SEO around that term.
I'm wondering how much you can eventually charge for a service like this, especially considering it would be fairly easy for competitors to replicate and undercut you.
It's a conscious business decision they have made, you can do whatever you want to with your business. As long as it looks right in all browser/os configurations I don't think your customers will mind.
