For anyone playing along at home, a "check" is the bill. It took me quite a while to work out who was checking on the QR code.

You understand both Tiktok and Facebook operate in the global market, right? Only about 10% of Facebook's DAUs are in the USA. Neither of the things you mentioned have any impact on 90% of Facebook's users.
