As far as I know, PhysX doesn't offer x64 libs unless you pay. I couldn't even find a torrent. But this was years ago so it could've changed.
This doesn't seem to give good results. You can do better indexing using certificate transparency logs.
Also Microsoft's strncpy_s has been around forever.
