Are you planning on making this a paid service or will it stay free?
Spotify already does this by itself. If you offline-sync the playlist on your iPhone or Android device on the same network as the computer that you added the mp3s from, they too will sync.
Not really, I'd say that particular domain would be somewhat lucrative to own and therefor be quite expensive.
