Frankly not sure this piece really said anything other than the big 4 or 5 are so unbelievably strong that we're all left playing in the spaces, usually small, leftover.

I don't think there's a great legal avenue. Would go hard on the reputation angle though and offer to buy at cost price if you're a big believer in the domain name. Otherwise serve as a tremendous founding name story…
Has it got 10 years of runway at 30% growth pa, I think so. That would be 10x.
Early to the game myself but my sense is that starting with syndicates for the first ~10 investments is the way to go.
