As far as I know, having used a mac for some years, the mac keyboard (and OS?) doesn't have an insert key. Makes editing ascii-diagrams and tables tedious.
I recently bumped into default mode network as a concept and started noticing the constant aversion I have for "doing nothing". Now I try to take more of my breaks without constant barrage of external stimuli.
If I'm optimizing for 'weight' is it supposed to be heavier or lighter? At the moment it seems the more weight I put on 'weight' the heavier the build is.
I use tig exclusively to stage commits. Alias tigs='tig status' lets me select / discard lines.
