Best bet is to pay via App Store subscriptions instead of a credit card. It obscures the country so you are free to use a VPN without worrying about being banned.

I assume the performance improvements come from having JIT memory enabled? If so this needs to be done by starting the app in 'Debug' mode from XCode which loads a specific entitlement.
