My CPU can run Windows 11 fine, but what I don't tolerate is full-screen ad pop-ups on my desktop. When Win10 popped up an ad for Win11, I moved fully to Linux the next day.
99% of students had cafeteria lunch and I was one of a couple with a lunch box. Teachers in the hallway would see it and get mad until I showed them my sandwich lol.
Not just the US, my village in Germany has a limit of 30 kph, people drive through with 60.

Hear, hear. I totally understand why developers love python, but as an end user I dread seeing the .py extension.
On Windows you have to either download the driver updates manually, or install that GeForce Experience thing that keeps them up to date for you.
