How about listening to a message in portrait, accidentally moving your phone to landscape, and then having the playback stop and lose position in the audio stream. Or how about losing voice recordings constantly?…
I live in Florida. Recently a major insurance company, Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance Co., has gone insolvent and liquidated. I'm pretty sure the reason is all the free roof replacements that they were…
I was thinking the same thing
Maybe they were confusing it with DCOM (distributed COM) which was often talked about around that time.
Would have liked to see these numbers adjusted for cost of living. Making $145,000 in silicon valley is not anywhere comparable to making $145,000 in Podunk Florida, and thus I'm not sure what value to derive from this…
Isn't it amazing how we're suddenly being educated on this special case in American history. Trump and his goons want to use this as precedent to pull, essentially a coup. Precedent that goes right back to a time when…
You're describing a mild trip. More can take you into other worlds where your brain can make you believe you're in tune with the universe, or black out and scare yourself because you can't remember how or why you got…
None of that sounds like microdosing to me.
Thank you for putting this together. Independent data sources are vital, since we know this administration does everything they can to hide reality.
And how about performance impact? The mitigation's that have been done in software recently came with an ugly performance cost (just not as ugly as the vulnerability). Is there any speculation about what this is going…
That is a heroically long article of which all I don't really have time to read, unfortunately. But it seems to me that these companies have an ethical responsibility to ensure that this important art is not lost…

How about something a little bit more than "it worked" and "business tripled". An analysis of contributing factors, maybe. There's so much bullshit in the media with people claiming things that are half-truths, or…
I am legitimately intrigued by this analysis. I've always wondered why I found certain rap so much better than others. I stopped liking the kind of rap that was becoming popular around the time of Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre,…
I was wondering the same thing. Casual is missing, I didn't catch that Del was in the list, not surprised he's up there. Aceyalone was another one I wonder about.
Please elaborate on why SendGrid was a significant mistake for you. We are looking at moving to them from Mandrill, since their stability has been terrible for us.
You are not kidding. We have had numerous issues with them lately. Their servers go down. API endpoints that are supposed to return json return cloudflare gateway error HTML instead... We are investigating moving to…
Given that solar auction minimum bids have dropped 470% in the last 4 years (in Mexico, https://earther.com/mexico-just-auctioned-off-the-cheapest-s...), isn't it crazy to accept a 25 year flat rate contract?
I actually found this to be worth the time. I haven't paid much attention to the situation down there, and seeing it was enlightening. Onto the content... I wonder, can someone tell me why there are so many obese people…
Hey, it's great that you're trying to find a place for yourself in the world. Unfortunately, you seem to have a malfunctioning moral compass, and you give off a sociopath space-cadet vibe. Making money exploiting in…
