It appears that atlassian.net is experiencing some sort of outage, we cant hit our subdomain, or the primary domain. Also, isitdownrightnow.com shows it down.

AWS Services experiencing issues? Has anyone else noticed issues with AWS this morning? We can't login to the console and other features.
