Can we go one step further and block websites which serve contents from these domains? This would be good first step towards eliminating toxic advertisements. We'll give up a bit first but may win eventually.

It took gas connection 6 months (or upto years) and now I get it in 3 fucking hours. Same for license and what not. Sure there are problems to be fixed but lets fix basic problems first
