  1. Why doesn't AWS Bedrock EU-west-2 have the latest Claude models available?

    I am surprised eu-west-2 only has Claude 3 available whereas other eu regions, eu-west-1 and eu-west-3 have access to Claude 3.7, 3.5 and eu-south-1 have access to Claude 4. What drive those availabilities? Is it legal?…
