I had this problem with mine and painstakingly removed every key to try to clean things out. Still smells like BO.
I don't think these are the only two sites using a big hero image overlaid with white Gotham/Lato/Proxima Nova headers...
What's cool is that in addition to this being a tremendous product for an overlooked market, the comments here seem to indicate that it has great value even for non-hearing-impaired users. Excellent potential here.
