It's great to see more Go editors out there. All the best! A little feedback: it's spelled GoLand, not Goland.
If you're on macOS, since 2020.3 you can try the macOS System Shortcuts keymap. It should feel much more native, no function keys included.
ATM, JetBrains has 1500+ employees. If by ICs you mean independent contractors, there are not that many of them, AFAIK.
