Just on payroll. The amount of severence is the same as non h1b's. It just gives them more time to find another job (i mean take another job away from a qualified US citizen)
Seriously?? This is why I think layoffs in tech are needed. Spoilt brats. 8 weeks is a luxury no other industry offers. By law it's actually 1 week per year and this doesn't even have the WARN law behind it
im a scale ai employeee. Cuntfirmed ! 8 weeks severence + 2 per year. Equity immediate vesting. H1B's given extra 4 months on payroll. VERY generous
