I really thought this would be some convoluted way of having loss be detected by some sort of AI so you can prevent seeing it.
Is it possible to also use the audio output from OBS? Maybe that would solve it by having the same delay as the video?

Yeah the ones with dongles aren't Bluetooth, I also haven't had many problems with mine which is similar. Bluetooth is pretty bad for audio+mic, it has to reduce audio quality to do both
Are you playing it on steam? Stuff works pretty well overall for me with it and Proton, some games work better with Proton GE, which is easy to install, for non steam stuff I've been using Lutris I usually check…
