How often is that being done in the modern age of social media? I don't think "activists" are very important or dangerous to governments anywhere.
Milestones 4-6 (ending up with 6 at 10^6 qubits) aren't given an ETA. For those more familiar with the field, what are the chances we have million qubit quantum computers a decade from now? Too early to tell?
