Same here, 2017 unity is fast, stable and beautiful. I hope this move results in the same improvements coming to gnome. but I'm not upgrading for now.

Kind of related: at Google IO this year all speakers were using macbooks, but i have heard that a lot of teams have transitioned to chromebooks. Maybe macbooks are preferred for presentations as many projector systems…
I don't get these mechanical keyboards. Maybe it's a reaction to all those shallow laptop keyboards, which i as a thinkpad user have not encountered... Or maybe its a gamer thing?

My solution to this is to not use my phone for this stuff. I only log into the site from a desktop browser. No point reading messages when I'm AFK anyway.
