Well, we are taking about an empire that gave birth to 60 countries. Euro is 44 countries. USA is 50 states. I am afraid many other languages were also lost in that amount of time ottomans were in power.
I would say find a freelance job from a site like Upwork and work there. You don't have to re-learn everything again.
The original creator of this product graduated from my school. Stories about him was told all the time. He was a very eccentric guy. Deserves best.
