For a great account of the history of research in AI, from the 70s to 2020, consider "Genius Makers: The Mavericks Who Brought AI to Google, Facebook, and the World". It was very interesting for me to learn about the…
Reminds me of that classic Onion article: https://www.theonion.com/man-on-internet-almost-falls-into-w...
Very impressive!
That and a baby: https://twitter.com/adamwathan/status/1379437055516680202 Congrats to him!
Looks like they're not. From the Rolling Stone article: "the company will also take prescription details to build into the lenses for those who typically wear glasses." That's not great at all if it means you can't…

I've often presented offline map as one of the best (or only) reasons to own an Android over an iPhone. That and the keyboard. I would be mad to see it go.
That free 1 TB of storage is a big deal. 1 TB of storage on Google Drive is currently $49.99 a month! (DropBox is even more expensive). When Google lowers their prices too, we'll quickly arrive to the situation where we…
Many comments here are focusing on negative stuff, so I wanted to say congrats, I find this website incredibly interesting and useful! I learned a lot browsing through it!
