Personally, no. I try to keep inbox zero as often as I can. For persisted reminders, I lean on other tracking software (which is usually just Notes, my phone alarm, or my calendar).
Short answer: no. There are a variety of apps that _assist_ you with becoming fit, wealthy, and more productive. But the app itself isn't the golden ticket. It still takes dedication, commitment, and perseverance.
From those I know who have sold their side projects, the buyers usually came to them. I'm not aware of a marketplace for this.
I second this. The fact that their salaries are all publicly posted, from CEO down, is mind blowing to me.

Switching my resume to LaTeX was one of the best decision I've made.
At least in my area, there are often volunteer Hackathons you can attend. I've had success with those.
I'm obviously a little biased (see the name) but I believe Dart is an excellent language to work with. Personally I prefer Angular, but I enjoyed this post. Nice work.
