Very similar to MinBox which I've used a bit. Minbox is cool because it works on your desktop and allows the recipient to trigger the donwnload while its being sent. Haven't used it in a while though https://minbox.com/
Hard to completely released the ability to order cars through any app to any person. Although, the API is largely going to be a part of the marketing more than anything else I would assume.
