Interesting to me is how much of a non-story this is. Years ago a large company committing to installing thousands of chargers might be exciting. Now it’s just like “sure, makes sense”.
They don’t really get to “refuse”. You just tell them “such and such happened” and you get a case number and (generally) nothing happens. I’ve done it several times, and nothing ever happened, but the case was indeed…
