This is what we do. Each product has it's own prod and qa account.
I use my desk only for work - no eating or lounging on the internet - that's what my mobile device is for. I then have a playlist of ambient music. This also cues my brain that I'm in work mode.
You could blow in one direction or the other, at an angle. The air you push away will push you the other way.
