I agree it’s not the prettiest, but I had no trouble clicking on “tree” to get to the folder and then “mod.ts” to see the code.
This goes pretty deep in English. I'd argue that the semantic intention behind the colloquial usage of "vulgar" is nearly inseparable from the "class distinction" baggage it carries. Consider these common synonyms and…
Note that, in the abstract, “vulgar” means “common” (as in “vulgar latin”). Indeed, its negative connotations come from that same sense: “common” people are unrefined.
Am I missing something about the O(logN) section? Why is there a graph of O(n^3 logN) under the text Here is how logarithmic complexity look like?
I know this isn’t truly the point of the article, but I’d encourage anyone/everyone to give https://fork.dev a try. Unlimited free trial but well worth it to support the great devs. It solves basically all of the…
I had some good luck with https://github.com/token2/authy-migration
At the risk of correcting the primary source, I was able to load https://www.ebiester.com/ but not https://ebiester.com/ EDIT: I see you’ve already updated your comment. Thanks!
Xcode used to have native support for this, long ago. And it had mdns support too!

This is cool. Although when I looked through the code I thought, “surely there must be a general-purpose Hayes command library for Python”, so I searched around, and didn’t find anything. Kinda wild.
The first amendment is mostly about what the US government can/can’t do, and even then it’s not 100% protection.
Just want to add that I make extensive use of “tapbacks” with pretty much everyone I use iM with.
I’m not an expert, but iirc banana-pi and beagleboard are SBCs with more of an open source bent.
Thanks for this link! This is a great explanation which clears a lot of things up to me.
I’m curious about how this works, can you link me someplace where I can read more about it? I tried searching for “cellular over wifi” but wasn’t about to find anything promising. EDIT: I searched harder and found…
> definitely sent/received SMS over wifi using my iPhone Are you certain? From what I understand about how SMS works, I don’t see how that’s possible. Apple’s own docs also appear to suggest that SMS-over-WiFi won’t…
I didn’t read “conservative” or “liberal” as US political identifiers so much as synonyms for “risk averse” and “risk tolerant” respectively.
I always roll my eyes a little bit when people use the "FAANG" acronym because Netflix never really seemed like a good fit and it leaves out Microsoft which seems like a better fit. Nevermind that "Facebook" is actually…
Yes IP, and also User Agent doesn’t look like it’d be hard to filter against using the posted code.
I suspect the commenter is using “tap to click” which would cause the drag operation to be terminated once they lift up off of the trackpad.

You are capable of more productive discussion than this.
Agreed. "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."
+1 on Fork. As a person who does almost _everything_ from the command line, all of my colleagues think I’m nuts for using a GUI for git, but Fork makes basically everything I want to do with git feel effortless.
And here I was thinking matching compensation to LOCs was silly. Clearly more employers need to pay based on commits per second!
