Well the reasons for a choice do matter, don’t they? They matter in today’s law in many places. Is aborting because of an LLM „likelihood“ of some genetic issue (that might lead or not lead to an short or unhappy life)…
Is there such choice? Today parents are not doing that choice but choosing to stop the life of the kid with Down-Syndrome. So I’m not sure they are receiving „all the respect“ today - are they?
This is an anecdotal example, isn’t it? What do people today abort for, after genetic diagnosis? Down-Syndrome and other markers with highly random and non-fatal outcomes. I have no problem with abortion itself.
What are you talking about? Down Syndrom LE is 60 years.
Well the „improvement“ here seems to be „it has some likelihood of genetic disorder let’s speed up death“
How will this lead to saving lives? The only possible consequence is abortion?
Does this make sense to you and her? Does she wish the kid would not have been born?
It reads like a specific genome would lead to deterministic outcomes. It does not. Life is messy. Most Down Syndrome people have happy lives, some can even live alone and have an independent daily live. Life expectancy…

How?! That must be like 10 parallel Opus 4.6 with all cranking lots of in and out respectively very long sessions?
To some degree sure, is it about the number tokens you can max out? I’m pretty happy knowing that it supports my development workflow for a week. Recent features like the Code Desktop built in browser, Cowork with…
I was surprised about that, too. Tried a bit but found very few sources online. A self-hosted version with storage (multiplayer) plus any Claude access would be a killer setup for team planning etc and let us drop Miro.
Took exactly 24 hours for me, on the minute..
What’s the chain of reasoning that brought you to this conclusion?
At least as an EU user I was also able to export ALL my data, audio files images etc in one zip. Took exactly (on the minute) 24 hours for the download link to arrive but hey. This way you can have Claude distill the…
Anyone having success with exporting data from ChatGPT? Got the export email 11 hours ago but still no download link..
Not sure I do, but to try, this is calling for a culture of science, education and differentiation, which I thought this is. Against black and white simplifications that don’t enlighten anyone but foster extremes. Not…
Totally there’s correlation, and to some extent causality. And it’s mostly right. But it’s also wrong. You can pick healthy packaged food in the supermarket. Durability doesn’t require additives in many cases. Mainly,…
To me it seems the point is “processed” == bad. Isn’t it? And NOVA seems to be the gold standard for what’s “processed”. Of course there’s better things as whole grain bread in plastic foil (whole grain bread freshly…
Did you find evidence for your two claims? You can compose a pretty healthy diet from what’s called “processed” (prepared, cooked and packaged). From the very same pyramid.
Unfortunately there seems to be no good aligned definition of what (highly) processed food is. 1,2 Whole grain bread or infant formula can be “highly processed” despite very healthy. In the end someone else cooks for…
Always have a lot of sessions running locally and don’t recall this
Which exact part of the guideline makes you think so?
I get the same impression. Even GPT 5.1 Codex is just sooo slow in Cursor. Claude Code with Sonnet is still the benchmkar. Fast and good.
They did release the Composer model and people praise the speed of it.
