So what is an 'official' TLD? One that is controlled by an American government agency? Why can't we have our own TLDs - just like we have our own browsers and servers.
But to be fair - they have now hired another 6000 HR managers to work out why not
Except R+D at nokia means anyone not actually bolting phones together. Having 4 competing operating systems, each with their own layers of management and their own VPs all fighting each other - counts as R+D spend.
Don't remember - got stuck at Dublin airport once and it was the only book not about whiskey, your Irish ancestors or pictures of green fields

The UK spent the last 10years in a period of genuine economic growth - but still managed to increase it's national debt. There is no limit to how much government's can spend, however they get the money!
