I'm a consulting User Experience Designer/Strategist.
I believe in knowing one's materials and agile approach. I love things that really work. I love beautiful things.
I focus on strategy, product design and technology to create new opportunities and solutions for businesses and their markets and customers.
I work directly with executives, owners, founders, architects, strategists and managers.
My background is product design, design critique, user-centered design, symbolic systems, systems/process analysis, learning, leadership and group, team, and organization facilitation and communication.
I have been using, thinking about, designing and building tools and experiences for learning and communication since 1986. (Earlier if you count my high school internship at MITER!) I have been advising, coaching and consulting about better leadership, communication, processes and products ever since.
