It's not impossible that this was done on purpose. Perhaps they will bring the feature to Chrome or Chrome OS :D
You had a good idea, and someone took the opportunity to build it. You'll have plenty of more ideas! Work on your programming skills and you'll be able to cash in one day. Good luck
Sweet! This looks really useful. Hope to see support for Canada!
As I mentioned in a comment earlier this week: to many people, Facebook is the default communication medium for a large number of people. You can bet your ass it would matter! There are many sources of news that people…
But only if you have the only water on sale in the desert. Deserts tend to be deserted. "The only water seller" is redundant.

In my own experience, Facebook is a phonebook of people I am acquaintances with, which offers me a mutual/consensual access into their personal life. It's a communication medium, a social contract, and a social square…
To many people, Facebook is the default communication channel. To delete your Facebook account is like to be offered a free iphone + unlimited contract and refuse it; the idea of removing your name from the social…
Every social group is different.
As much as I agree with ALL the criticisms of Facebook, the dependency on the platform isn't due to stupidity or ignorance... the dependency is by design. There isn't much freedom to leave the network, due to the lack…
I agree with many of Stallman's views to some extent, but it's very hard to ignore that he is willing to sacrifice anything and everything for what are essentially minor decisions. It's good that we have him around to…
This seems like a perfect example of overhype. Without tangible details about the device and it's actual capabilities, we are left to wonder what is possible, and many of us will be let down since you can't pack a…
