The only place I found them was in Pawpaw, WV, USA, where I was hiking the Pawpaw tunnel trail, many years ago.
It appears that DRM in Chrome might be disabled by disabling the "WidevineCDM" (binary) component update via group policy: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=624128
