But that would be managed by the letting agent who would have to impose access limits on themselves and people just aren't good at imposing limits that apply to themselves.
Whats wrong with the UI in 7zip? Its basic but it works absolutely fine. The reason I use it is because it's open source and there are no terrible nag screens.
They still do if you ask me. They seem to be good at simple and durable designs.
