Ported a transformer to ANE and the whole job was pretending it was a CNN, 4D tensors with seq in the last axis and 1x1 convs instead of matmuls.
decima was sony's though — xbox port means new engine, that's the real delay
extrusions also let you re-tap and move standoffs later, glue doesn't. worth the premium imo
