The raise doesn’t even start until sept and people can prepaid to delay it for another year. Companies are laying off and we charge based on active users so at best we will come out flat.

This is a bit misleading as management literally told us to take time off during that time and we have unlimited PTO. I miss being able to save up PTO and get paid out but it is what it is. Also are we just not gonna…
