There are quite a few people who really, really want the caste system implemented in the US. Extreme class disparity embedded into our justice system. We understate these efforts at our peril.

How is that distinction constitutional? Privately held beliefs are illegitimate unless they are held with a registered institution?
Sure there is. That's what amendments are for.
The complexity is in proving what harm is being done and to whom.
Fixing anything is impossible without properly identifying what is currently wrong with the way things are.
