Wow, can't get it to go away on Firefox 33.0 Ubuntu. I was able to clear it by manually deleting the info from the permissions.sqlite3 database as described by agwa. Very clever!
I haven't looked to hard at the docs yet, but this seems kind of awesome. Is it something that you have to build your own kernel for, or is it configurable in a prebuilt kernel?
It's worth noting that Conjur's SSH solution is built around familiar unix tools like pam-ldap and AuthorizedKeysCommand. Why reinvent the wheel?
