Nope. Just because the company is based in the UK does not mean that this employee is subject to Uk law. She is subject to the law of the country in which she is based, which is clearly the US. She is taking this far…
They are under no obligation to give that information to her, which could be the subject of a lawsuit. Every HR department need to do their best to protect the organization against frivolous employee lawsuits
She admits in the video that she hasn’t closed a single deal. I think her firing is more than reasonable. I would fire a newbie at my company if they couldn’t make a single sale in months
