Trained as a Biological Scientist but have been in love with computers since reading the blue basic book when I was in elementary and helping other students pass Math by programming trigonometry applications on the TI-83 calculator.
Currently pursuing a start-up, Insight Emissions, building a unified web-based platform for tracking and managing oil and gas information and regulatory requirements.
Finally acknowledging the issue.
We manually updated our `/etc/hosts` file with the static ip for our S3 bucket(s) and that fixed the issue temporarily.
Having DNS issues with s3-us-west-2 as well.
Hey Paul, we're actually working on an app that does a lot of the things you mentioned. I shot you a quick email with a private beta invite in case you want to give it a go. Thanks for the validation. :) Josh
