You don't really have relative perfect pitch because as you say, you can recognise the G-ness of a note I assume without reference. If anything I think this reinforces what I'm alluding to.
I've seen nothing to convince me that "absolute pitch" is anything other than relative pitch with excellent recall or persistent observation of pitch.
