There's probably few technologies SAP doesn't use. That's a long way off from all of these cloud offerings being based on OpenStack though. I doubt thats the case.
SAP has the BTP and all their different products, so IaaS is very much the issue for them and I doubt they have solved it without the help of Microsoft.
